Desert Scholar Reading Enrichment is a reading clinic based on Oro Valley, Arizona serving struggling readers of all ages, in all locations, through our teletherapy-based reading sessions. We also offer in-person for those who are local and prefer this setting for their student.
Our program uses the research-based Lexercise curriculum, which is a structured literacy therapy program using the Orton-Gillingham methodology and a 1-1, prescriptive approach to help students with dyslexia or other reading-based learning challenges overcome their areas of weakness and build their literacy skills—in addition to improving their overall self-esteem and feelings of competency in school.
